1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SMM Providers OP platform ("Service"), operated as a brand by SMM Providers OP. By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SMM Providers OP provides automated social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, and engagement metrics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

3. Payments & Wallet

• Accepted payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Raast (bank transfer)
• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Funds deposited into your SMM Providers OP wallet are for use within our platform only
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the wallet page
• We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If an order fails or is cancelled before processing, funds are returned as wallet balance/credit
• If an order is partially delivered, you may request a partial refill or partial credit
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started
• Refill guarantees (where offered) are limited to the timeframe specified in the service description
• Drops caused by major social media platform purges are handled via refills, not cash refunds

5. Order Rules

• You are solely responsible for providing correct social media links and URLs
• Orders placed with incorrect links are non-refundable
• Do not place duplicate orders for the same link while an order is in progress
• Social media accounts must be set to Public for delivery to work
• We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by private/restricted accounts

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use SMM Providers OP for:

• Content that is illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Accounts involved in hacking, phishing, or cybercrime
• Content that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
• Spamming, bulk messaging, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Any activity that could harm SMM Providers OP or its users

Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Account Rules

• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Account sharing is not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on SMM Providers OP are the property of SMM Providers OP. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMM Providers OP, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: loss of social media accounts, loss of business, or reputational damage.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
