🚫Sexually explicit or pornographic content
🚫Child exploitation or any content involving minors in harmful contexts
🚫Misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately false content intended to deceive
🚫Content promoting gambling, drugs, or other regulated/illegal industries
3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use SMM Providers OP for:
01Ordering services for hacked, compromised, or stolen social media accounts
02Using our platform as part of a phishing, scam, or fraud operation
03Automated abuse — creating multiple accounts to game our free trial or referral system
04Reselling our services while violating these Terms
05Any activity that violates PECA 2016 (Pakistan's cybercrime law)
4. Enforcement
SMM Providers OP reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts found violating this AUP
- Cancel and not refund orders found to involve prohibited content
- Report illegal activities to relevant Pakistani law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with government and legal requests where required by law
